Our client is a high end restaurant, serving some of the county’s finest food, and they are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie for their picturesque hotel in Brentwood. Their kitchen is lead by a talented and creative Head Chef, and they currently hold 2AA Rosettes for their high end cuisine. They require a Chef de Partie who is passionate, dedicated and eager to learn, and as Chef de Partie you will be looking to move into a kitchen where you can learn all about flavours and textures, and modern cooking techniques.

The ideal Chef de Partie will:

The ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and determination

Have previous Rosette experience

Have good hygiene awareness and knowledge

Be competent in all sections of the kitchen

These premises are easily accessible by Chelmsford, Ongar and Brentwood Areas. A Car driver is preferred due to location.

Live in Accommodation can be available for the right candidate
