Job Summary: The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of our commercial fit-out projects, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
* Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial fit-out projects.
* Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting quality standards.

Operational Efficiency:
* Implement and improve operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and standards.

Financial Management:
* Prepare and manage project budgets and financial reports.
* Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely billing and payment processing.

Quality Control:
* Ensure all projects meet the company’s quality standards and client specifications.
* Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to project plans and standards.
* Implement corrective actions as needed to address any quality issues.
5.
Vendor and Subcontractor Management:
* Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best terms and prices.
* Oversee the performance of subcontractors to ensure they meet project requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on commercial fit-outs.
* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
