Sanctuary Personnel is looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team, providing outstanding care in care homes across Great Yarmouth. If you have experience as a support worker, HCA, healthcare assistant, carer, or care assistant, we’d love to receive your application.

Rates and Shifts:

Monday - Friday (Days): £12.82 per hour
Monday - Friday (Nights): £13.03 per hour
Saturday (Days): £13.53 per hour
Saturday (Nights): £13.71 per hour
Sunday (Days): £13.94 per hour
Sunday (Nights): £14.13 per hour
Bank Holidays (Days & Nights): £15.47 per hour
Role Overview:

Delivering attentive and compassionate care to residents, supporting both their physical and emotional well-being.
Assisting with daily personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and mealtimes.
Encouraging independence and helping to create a positive, friendly environment for residents.
Following individual care plans closely and maintaining up-to-date, accurate records.
Requirements of the Support Worker:

Experience in a similar UK role (support worker, HCA, carer, or care assistant).
The right to work in the UK.
A caring, empathetic approach to supporting others.
Preparedness to complete all required compliance checks.
