THE COMPANY:

This company is an International Chemical Manufacturer and Distributor based in Leicester. They have been established for over 150 years, and are part of a group of companies that span the globe. With over 17,000 members of staff globally, they have over 600 sites across 72 countries and are now looking to add a Stock Controller to their Midlands based site.

THE ROLE:

As a Stock Controller, it will be your responsibility to control stock levels on site and ensure levels are kept within targeted limits. You will be responsible for:

* Managing and achieving stock related KPI’s.

* Coordinating stock purchases (including imports from overseas).

* Inputting and processing purchase orders.

* Controlling stock deliveries.

* Liaising with other departments to rectify any customer complaints related to stock.

* Liaising with other depots for supplying and procuring stock.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role, you need to have previous experience of working within a Stock Control environment, with strong IT Skills and the ability to communicate at different levels within an organisation.
