Role responsibilities:

Commercial:

Maintaining Cost details of finished products and supporting sales pricing activity
Support the business to evaluate new opportunities through clear, concise data analysis
Analyse financial/sales data to support decision-making on a sales and cost level
Putting together Sales forecasts
Maintain summary of Customer contracts to ensure all important terms and conditions and revisions are reflected on to invoices / credit
Accounts Receivable:

Overseeing Accounts Receivables
Running credit risk checks and maintaining credit limits for customers
Customer account reconciliations
Proactively reduce aged debt and highlight accounts that require review
Banking:

Monthly bank reconciliations including credit card collections and direct debits
Timely reporting for month end ensuring all receipts and allocations is up to date
Assisting with the yearly external audit
Candidate requirements:

Previous experience in a commercial accounting role
Experience using Oracle Cloud accounting system is desirable
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables)
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong customer service approach
