Key Responsibilities:

Create and prepare dishes to the highest standards
Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and execute menus
Ensure consistent quality in all food preparation and presentation
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
Manage stock rotation and minimise waste
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Contribute creative ideas for menu development
Uphold the prestigious culinary standards of The Hurlingham Club

Required Skills:

Proven experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a high-end establishment
Strong culinary skills with excellent attention to detail
Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Creative approach to food preparation and presentation
Flexible approach to working hours including evenings and weekends
Relevant culinary qualifications
Passion for quality ingredients and exceptional dining experiences
