This opportunity is best suited to a Chartered Building Surveyor operating at or approaching Associate Partner or Partner level, who is ready to take on a leadership role within a stable and forward-thinking practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of the full range of professional Building Surveying services.
Oversight and management of a team of Chartered and non-Chartered professionals, as well as external consultants.
Acting as client lead on multiple major projects and frameworks.
Active involvement in business operations including marketing, financial oversight, and strategic planning.
Contribution to the ongoing growth and development of the firm, with a view to future equity partnership.
Candidate Profile:
Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) with a minimum of 5+ years post-qualification experience.
Strong background in commercial and/or public sector projects – including asset management and project surveying.
Demonstrable experience at senior management level, ideally with prior responsibility for leading teams or business units.
Strong technical knowledge, including CDM Regulations and the Building Safety Act.
Familiarity with industry tools and software such as NBS, AutoCAD.
Full UK driving licence required.
