They are currently seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their dedicated team in Burgess Hill on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to lead the customer support team in a fast-paced and growing business. The ideal candidate will have experience in a call centre environment, preferably within the energy sector. They should have at least 4 years of experience in a team leader or higher position and be looking for the next career step in a nurturing environment that values professional development.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service management or supervisory roles
Background in the renewable energy sector (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences
Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks
Experience in call centres, tech support, or complaint handling (preferred)
Ability to manage and develop a team effectively

Responsibilities

Managing the daily operations of the Customer Service department
Addressing customer concerns and ensuring service excellence
Supporting HR with onboarding/offboarding processes
Scheduling and coordinating team training and performance evaluations
Maintaining a safe and efficient work environment
Collaborating with office and field teams to enhance overall customer experience

Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Location: Burgess Hill

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
