James Gray Recruitment are actively seeking a Scheme Project Manager on behalf of our client, a leading civil engineering contractor, to join their team working across the central belt.
Our client:
• A leading civil engineering contractor, known for their delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects across Scotland.
What you’ll be doing:
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure schemes, from planning through to completion.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all project activities are compliant with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Coordinate resources, including staff and equipment, to achieve project objectives.
• Lead project meetings, providing reports and updates to senior management.
What you’ll need to be successful:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within infrastructure/ civil engineering.
• A track record of delivering complex schemes on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction.
• Full UK driving licence
