Reporting to the Fabric Director, you will be responsible for assisting in issuing costs of partitioning, MF ceiling, glazing and carpentry across all projects, ensuring competitiveness whilst collaborating with technical and project management teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

* Work with Technical and Build Directors on precise project costings, focusing on partitioning, glazing and carpentry.

* Collaborate on 'Day 2' works costing with the Build Director for detailed planning.

* Compare work package bundles against market rates to meet target margins.

* Attend meetings to discuss project updates and strategic directions from a costing perspective.

You will be able to demonstrate 5+ years fit out industry experience, preferably in London and the home counties. You will have a commercial pre-contract background and a good experience of office design and build. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven client management skills, desire to succeed with a positive can-do attitude target and success driven.
