We are pleased to be partnering with a Global company at their UK HQ, in St Paul's, London.
We are looking for a Team Assistant to join the business for a position that will begin in mid-January on a temp-to-perm basis.
The role will consist of providing support to the senior leadership team, as well as being a point of contact for any office-related queries or issues.
This is a Monday - Friday, hybrid working opportunity with the office-based days split between a team of 3, averaging 2 days in the office and 3 from home.
This is a full-time temporary-to-permanent position working 35 hours per week paying the equivalent of £30,000 -£35,000pa.
Duties to include:
Office management
Welcoming guests and ensuring meeting rooms are ready for visitors
Diary and travel arrangements for the senior leadership team
Monitoring inboxes for members of the senior team
Supporting with ad hoc administrative tasks
Preparing meeting documentation and attending meetings to take minutes
Prepare and review letters/ documentation on behalf for the senior team
Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming office environment
Candidate requirements:
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to multitask
Dynamic and welcoming character
