Position: Sales Support Administrator

Location: Guildford

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000

Industry: IT & Telecoms

Experience Required: You will need to have worked in a very busy sales office, working with complex orders and systems and have excellent attention to detail.

Role Overview

The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for creating quotations, processing sales orders and contracts administration. To work collaboratively with Account Managers with all day-to-day requests to ensure a timely efficient customer experience. To provide assistance to Sales Office Manager and other departments as required.

Effectively communicate with other business functions, customers and suppliers to ensure high levels of internal and external satisfaction.

Providing a customer facing point of contact to assist in the best Customer experience.

1. To always maintain a high level of customer service and business integrity.

2. Excellent timekeeping, time management and attendance.

3. Excellent written and verbal communications

4. Proactive approach to relevant training and development on systems required to carry out your role.

5. To always be presentable both in appearance and manner.

7. To be an ambassador for the company at all times.

8. To observe and abide by the companies Information Security Policies.

9. To promote the business and look for additional sales opportunities.

10. Complete inter-departmental assistance.

11. Complete awareness of all the companies processes and procedures relevant to your role.

12. Constant and ongoing awareness of industry products, technology and direction.

13. Continual progression of your skill level within your chosen products, you should adopt a self-progression mentality.
