Account Manager
Location: Perth, Scotland
Salary: £35,000
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Overview:
Join our client’s team as an Account Manager, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales, and supporting office operations. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to manage varied tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively promote and upsell products or services based on customer needs.
* Communicate with clients via telephone, email, and online meetings to grow existing accounts and secure new business.
* Work with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and resolve concerns effectively.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
* Prepare quotations, process orders, and assist with invoicing.
* Liaise with the Operations Team to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders.
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales-related documentation using CRM and ERP systems.
* Prepare reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:
* Previous account management experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to prioritise and organise tasks effectively
* Enthusiastic and driven
