Background and Role

Our client's practice is keen to secure an experienced Interim Primary Care Business Manager to join their successful team for a minimum of 6 months.

The role will involve overseeing and coordinating various aspects of a 2-site practice in Oxford ensuring efficiency and financial control. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the Practice through strategy and managing the day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate will have management experience in a Primary Care setting and have some commercial acumen. They will be a capable leader able to provide direction that boosts performance. The objective will be to ensure long-term success and provide the best patient care.

£75k - £80k
37.5 hrs a week

Overseeing, controlling, and managing financial matters within agreed authority levels
Plan, Implement, and oversee growth-enhancing processes
Ensure targets are met regarding patient access
Manage employee activities
Establish and develop stakeholder relationships
Set cost limits and oversee the practice's overall financial controls.
Sustain a plan to forecast, target, and achieve profitable outcomes
