Are you passionate about fresh produce and ensuring top-quality standards in the supply chain?

We are seeking a driven Technologist or a recent Graduate to join our Clients’ dynamic team and play a vital role in managing global supplier relationships, maintaining compliance with food safety standards, and driving product quality within the Exotic Fruit category.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage supplier requirements and ensure customer-aligned due diligence.

* Maintain approved supplier and grower lists.

* Oversee produce specifications and ensure compliance across the supply base.

* Support sustainability and ethical initiatives, tracking risk changes and action plans.

* Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.

* Conduct product benchmarking and category monitoring.

* Lead updates and manage customer systems, including due diligence, certification, and packaging.

* Support compliance with food safety laws and customer quality requirements.

* Participate in supplier audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

* Represent the business at relevant forums and meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

* Food/Agri/Horti Graduate

* Ideally, experience in a similar role within the fresh produce or food industry.

* Strong knowledge of food safety laws, supplier management, and quality assurance.

* Understanding of ethical sourcing, sustainability, and risk assessments (HACCP, TACCP & VACCP).

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Ability to travel locally and internationally as required.
