KS3 Teacher

Location: Spalding
Salary: £130 - £240 per day
Start Date: Easter 2025
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary

GSL Education Lincolnshire is partnering with a primary school in Spalding to appoint a motivated KS2 Teacher. This dynamic and inclusive school offers a welcoming and supportive community for both staff and students.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons to Key Stage 3 students.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching Key Stage 3 students.
Strong classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
