Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with case management for family law matters, including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases.
Drafting legal documents such as letters, court applications, and statements.
Liaising with clients, opposing parties, and court officials.
Managing and organizing client files and legal documents.
Providing general administrative support to solicitors within the family law team.
Attending meetings with clients and assisting in the preparation of evidence and case strategies.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience working within family law is essential.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
