Project Coordinator

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to make an impact in project coordination? My client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their dedicated Contracts Team. You’ll play a vital role in managing project interfaces between the business and their valued customers, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of critical projects in engineering, manufacturing, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Project Manager and project co-ordinate assigned orders
* Liaise with all internal departments regarding assigned orders, and liaise with customer and/or customer representative
* Assisting with the creation of project plans
* Ensure timely order status reporting
* Improve status reporting format in liaison with Client and business personnel.
* Assist with monitoring project actual costs against estimates
* Identify and support process and system improvements
* Co-ordinate client visits
* Supporting end month reporting & presentations.
About you:
* A background in project coordination, sales administration, or document control (experience in engineering, manufacturing, or Oil & Gas is a plus)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MRP and Microsoft Projects experience is a bonus
* Confident, professional communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Able to thrive under project deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
