Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Surrey

Package: £85,000 - £100,000 plus step up to Director

Skilled Careers are working with an established Subcontractor who are on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business and the next few years step up to Director.

This is a Subcontractor that specialises in Groundworks and reinforced concrete frames across the Surrey area.

Responsibilities

Lead several projects across the Surrey area that are valued up to £4m.

Have a say in the day to day running of the business and also have a strong say in future planning of the business.

Tender Evaluation: Measure, price, and evaluate tenders, identifying key areas to enhance margins.

Cost Management: Oversee cost management, create targets, and handle CVR reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

Experience working for a Main Contractor.

Ideally has some sort of Groundworks experience.
