About the Role

As a Configuration Specialist at Unity5, you’ll be at the heart of our implementation process, ensuring new customers are set up seamlessly with our cutting-edge software solutions. Working closely with an Implementation Consultant, you'll translate business requirements into fully configured systems, supporting testing, troubleshooting, and feature releases.

➕ Project management experience or experience working in a project team
➕ Hands-on experience with SSO integrations, data migration, and APIs
➕ Industry knowledge of parking compliance

What You’ll Be Doing

? Becoming a product expert in Unity5 systems and configuring customer requirements efficiently
? Setting up customer test and live environments using both manual and scripted configurations
? Testing and approving system deliveries before release
? Troubleshooting technical issues and supporting customers through their go-live process
? Assisting with training, documentation, and post-implementation customer support
