We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our clients dynamic sales team based in Gateshead.

The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a drive to achieve sales targets. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate product knowledge (after full training) and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by answering questions and addressing concerns.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.Requirements

Previous Customer Service experience essential.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customer needs.
Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions accurately.
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.INDTRP
