About the Role
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring homeowners enjoy a seamless experience with their new property. You’ll be the go-to person for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and liaising with internal teams and contractors to guarantee outstanding service delivery.
Responsibilities include:
* Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing professional and empathetic support.
* Coordinating repairs and maintenance with contractors, ensuring timely resolutions.
* Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
* Supporting the wider Customer Care team in delivering a 5-star service experience.
