The Role:

Lead a small, dedicated kitchen team, delivering exceptional Italian dishes with fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Develop seasonal menus and daily specials, showcasing traditional and innovative recipes.

Ensure consistency and excellence in every plate, from classic pasta dishes to regional specialties.

Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen organization.
