We have a very nice company located in Hamble who would like to take on a Reception cover on the occasion.

This role would be perfect for someone who isn't committed to any full time/permanent work and is happy to take on reception cover when required. This position does not have regular days, but the need for coverage will arise from time to time, typically during periods like half-terms, school holidays, or other occasions when regular staff are unavailable. The role is ideal for someone looking for flexible, occasional office based work.

The following reception cover dates supplied so far are as followed :

* 14-Apr

* 15-Apr

* 16 apr 1-5pm

* 17 apr 1-5pm

* 25 Apr 2-5pm

* 30 Apr 9-1

* 01-May

* 02-May

* 15 May 2-5

The Role

You will greet visitors both face to face and by telephone. In addition, there are a few other administrative duties that you might be involved with. The reception is a lovely area and the company is very down to earth.

The ideal candidate

You must be confident and professional in your approach and need to have a friendly, personable and welcoming manner. Some basic computer skills are beneficial. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently is also vital.
