Meridian Business Support is excited to be hiring for our client, offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Group Procurement Manager to join their team in Chandlers Ford!

This role is ideal for a procurement professional with strong strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation skills. You'll play a key role in optimising supply chain efficiency, ensuring best practices, and driving cost savings.

✅ What You’ll Need:

✔ Extensive procurement experience across multiple categories
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
✔ Analytical & strategic mindset with a focus on value-driven supplier management
✔ Experience with RFx processes (tendering, supplier selection & contract management)
✔ CIPS qualification (or equivalent) – beneficial but not essential
✔ Flexibility to travel (UK-based with some international potential)

? Location: Chandlers Ford (with 10-15% travel)
? Salary: Up to £65,000 + company-led bonus
