About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and organised Sales Progressor to join a well-established, market-leading estate agency. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing property sales through to completion, ensuring a seamless and stress-free process for all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the sales process from the point of offer acceptance to completion.
* Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage brokers to ensure timely progression of sales.
* Provide regular updates to clients, keeping them informed and addressing any concerns.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process to minimise delays.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
* Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
* Previous experience as a Sales Progressor or within estate agency is essential.
* Strong understanding of the property sales process, including legal and financial aspects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
* Highly organised with great attention to detail.
* Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
