Responsibilities within your new role as an Office Assistant
Key responsibilities include managing daily logistics, such as distributing post, coordinating deliveries, booking hotels, and preparing meeting rooms. The role also involves organizing meals, maintaining stock of office and kitchen supplies, and keeping common areas tidy. Additional tasks include overseeing first aid kits, managing car park permits and memberships, supporting mailing runs, and assisting with property management tasks as needed.
Your experience, qualifications and personality
We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate with high standards and a solid background in office services or general support. The ideal candidate will be a team player, focused on delivering quality office support and facilities management. Preferably, you will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments are essential, as the role involves handling a variety of tasks each day.
