Job Title: Chinese Speaking Warehouse Operative

Job Description:
We are seeking diligent and reliable Warehouse Operatives who are fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Goods Receiving: Unload deliveries, check goods against purchase orders, and report discrepancies or damages.
* Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and label items for orders, ensuring correct quantities and quality.
* Order Fulfilment: Prepare and dispatch orders according to customer specifications, including handling special instructions.
* Stock Control: Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory management, including updating records and reporting low stock levels.
* Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Communication: Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Fluent communication in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is essential to liaise with Chinese-speaking colleagues and suppliers.
* Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork and use warehouse management systems to track orders and stock levels.
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English, both spoken and written.
* Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
* Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
* Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
* Basic IT Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
