Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for a Plot Sales Paralegal for a leading law firm company in Birmingham City Centre, West Midlands

Candidate responsibilities:

Liaise with clients to ensure smooth communication
Open and manage files - ensuring compliance with legal standards
Maintain transaction records and update internal databases
Assist in handling plot sales transactions
Draft contracts, prepare transfer documents and manage completions

Skills needed

Plot sales or conveyancing experience is CRUCIAL
Able to work off own initiative
High calibre individual
