Description
Collecting fee supporting client correspondence and written communication with Directors, Associate Directors, Associates, and Project Architects.
Supplying the Sales Ledger Clerks with the information needed to prepare timely and accurate sales invoices against correct work stages, including handling adjustment journals if needed.
Reconciling rechargeable income vs. expenses.
Assisting the Group FP&A Manager in maintaining full monthly project reconciliations and profitability.
Performing the monthly cost write off routine.
Reconciling rechargeable costs vs. rechargeable expenses.
Data analysis and reportingProfile
Strong accounts knowledge and experience with purchase or sales ledger
Advanced Excel knowledge, work with great attention to detail and accuracy, good communicator
VBA, SQL, PowerPivot, PowerQuery or a strong interest in learning those skills
Must be able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentJob Offer
