About the role: We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our wonderful school in Hounslow, London. In this role, you’ll support inspiring teachers and a team of specialists as a key part of our SEN provision. Working primarily with Key Stage 1 students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), you’ll provide tailored support to help them thrive in a nurturing, understanding environment. The role involves working with both verbal and non-verbal students in small classes, allowing for individual attention and a truly inclusive learning experience. If you hold a Level 2 or 3 qualification and have experience with SEN, particularly ASD, we would love to hear from you.

Application Requirements:
• Experience working with SEN, especially students with ASD.
• Level 2 or 3 qualification in a relevant field preferred.
• A strong commitment to supporting inclusive learning.
• A proactive and compassionate approach to working with children.
• Dedication to fostering an engaging and safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to Key Stage 1 students with SEN.
• Assist students with daily activities and help them develop social and communication skills.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff.
• Adapt resources to meet individual student needs.
• Monitor and record student progress, celebrating achievements along the way.
