Shop Assistant (Customer service hero!)

What’s the role?
We’re looking for a Shop Assistant to join our award-winning farm shop.
What will you be doing?
* Welcoming and serving our wonderful customers with a smile.
* Unpacking and displaying our delicious, fresh deliveries.
* Keeping our shelves fully stocked and beautifully presented.
* Ensuring the shop is clean, tidy, and inviting.

* A passion for food and people is essential, kitchen experience is a bonus!
* Someone who enjoys working in a close-knit team and can keep up in a lively, fast-paced environment.
Please note:
This is a physically active role. Expect to be on your feet a lot—we often walk more than 10,000 steps a day! You’ll be lifting boxes, cleaning, and working in our chilled storage areas.
Working hours:
We operate on a flexible rota system, with shifts across all seven days. Shifts typically run from 8 am to 5:30 pm, with shorter shifts on Thursdays (8 am-2 pm or 2 pm-8 pm).
Salary: £27,300 (full time)
