The Role:
* High level of knowledge and experience troubleshooting O365 applications, Teams, Outlook/Exchange and the Office suite of applications.
* Experience with hardware issues and surface pro.
* Intune
* Azure Multi Factor Authentication
* Citrix Workspace
* iPhones
* Surface Pro and Docking stations
* SharePoint knowledge
* Excellent communication skills.
This project requires the successful candidate to work onsite
