SEMH Full-Time Teacher - Hammersmith & Fulham

Position: Full-Time Long term SEMH Teacher
Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, London
Salary: £180-£220 per day based on experience

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEMH Teacher to join our team in Hammersmith & Fulham. This is a full-time position in a supportive and inclusive school environment, committed to helping students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students with SEMH.
Foster a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere to support emotional well-being and academic progress.
Develop and implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behavioural strategies.
Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCO, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for students.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on student progress.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience working with students with SEMH or other special educational needs.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to build rapport with students.
A creative, adaptable, and resilient approach to teaching.
