We are currently seeking an ambitious and skilled Façade Access Consultant to join an established and highly reputable design consultancy, based in Central London. As a global leader in design and engineering, their diverse team work on some of the most prestigious and innovative projects in the UK and across the world.

Due to a huge increase in their workload, we are currently looking for a Façade Access Consultant to join their established team.

Responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated Façade Access Consultant to join a growing team, to work on some of the most exciting projects in the UK and around the world.

Activities shall include a range of the following:

Façade Access Equipment maintenance audits.

Working at Height risk assessments.

Attending/ Chairing review meetings with contractor and client.

Condition surveys.

Lifecycle plans.

Providing technical support to clients.

Procurement of maintenance contracts.

Development of Façade Access strategies.

Preparation of specifications for new installation or replacement BMU projects.

Management of works packages.

Qualifications

Have relevant background in:

Façade Access (Cradle) service provider

Façade Access installation company

Engineering services inspection company

Consultancy

Health and Safety

Minimum of BTEC or above
