Finance Assistant. Caresolve

£26,000 per annum

37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday (9am-5pm)

Location – Birchwood Park, Warrington

Reporting to: Senior Management Accountant, Finance Department

Caresolve provides a wide range of consultancy services across all care sectors, including regulatory audits, turnaround solutions, financial management, and comprehensive care management.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the Sales Ledger and overseeing credit control processes

Handling Purchase Ledger operations and managing supplier payments

Conducting bank reconciliations

Coordinating payroll processing in collaboration with external accountants

Assisting with office administration, including managing incoming calls

Essential Skills and Experience

At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting

Proven track record in financial roles (essential)

Experience with accounting software, particularly Xero (highly desirable)

Proficiency in Excel (essential)

Strong organisational skills (essential)

Excellent communication and telephone skills (essential)
