Seasonal Store Assistant

Pertemps Stoke are currently looking for a Store Assistant to join Stafford to support their F&F Clothing Department. If you're passionate about fashion, enjoy helping customers, and can thrive in a busy retail environment, we’d love to hear from you!

This role is part time - Tuesday to Friday, 6pm – 10pm
Seasonal (29th October 2024 – 3rd January 2025)

Key Responsibilities of this Store Assistant role:

Ensure all clothing is neatly displayed and organised, maintaining high standards of presentation.
Handle and tag new stock, ensuring it’s ready for the shop floor.
Unload and sort deliveries, replenishing stock as needed.
Help customers with queries, offering advice on sizing, styles, and availability.
Assist with maintaining the fitting room area, including checking items in and out and managing customer returns.
Support with in-store promotions, including dressing mannequins and maintaining displays.
Ensure stock levels are maintained and report low or out-of-stock items.
Keep the shop floor tidy and ensure all health and safety standards are followed.Requirements for this Store Assistant role:

Must have experience working in a customer-facing role.
Previous experience in a retail environment would be an advantage.
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
A keen eye for presentation and the ability to work efficiently.
Willingness to take on a range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to commute to Stafford for evening shifts.Details of this Store Assistant role:

Hourly rate: £11.44 per hour.
