Are you ready to take the next step in your career and lead a dynamic engineering team? We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Engineering Manager to join our team at Valeo Foods UK.
At Valeo Foods UK, we're dedicated to crafting delicious confectionary treats that bring joy to millions. Our Cleckheaton site is at the heart of this mission, and we're looking for a talented Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team to new heights of success.
Your Role: Reporting to the Factory Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our engineering team through strong and effective leadership. Your duties will include:
* Developing and implementing maintenance strategies
* Improving key engineering KPIs such as downtime, productivity, and OEE
* Managing the engineering budget
* Introducing maintenance strategies to support business objectives
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
* Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
What We're Looking For:
* Effective leadership skills
* Understanding of engineering compliance requirements
* Recognised qualification in engineering and management
* Experience in building high-performing teams
* Sound commercial skills with stakeholder interaction
* Full understanding of CMMS and PPM systems

Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
