Description

Key responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls and emails from customers with empathy and professionalism.
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer enquiries.
A focus on optimising supporter retention and engagement.
Log all customer interactions in the system for future reference.
Work closely with colleagues to resolve any customer issues that arise.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and trends.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Uphold the values and mission of the organisation in all interactions.Profile

A successful Customer Service Agent should have:

Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role, ideally within fundraising.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to think on their feet.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.Job Offer
