The Role

As a Production Technician, you’ll play a critical role in the assembly and testing of groundbreaking outboard engines. Your responsibilities will include:

* Assembling and testing high-quality marine components.

* Operating and maintaining production machinery.

* Performing quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with strict standards.

* Collaborating with engineering and quality assurance teams to solve technical challenges and optimise processes.

* Maintaining accurate production records to support continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

* Experience as a Production Technician or a similar role in a manufacturing environment.

* Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting production machinery.

* A strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards.

* Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.

* Relevant technical certifications or an engineering diploma (preferred but not essential.
