Build Recruitment is working with a leading FM service provider to source a Technical Supervisor on a temp to perm basis: London: £28 - £35 per hour (umbrella).

Working within their Healthcare Division (Large NHS Trust) and reporting to the Head of Technical Engineering, the Technical Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision and management of a multi-skilled team of Maintenance Engineers across the Trust ensuring that all PPMs, Cyclical, Responsive and Reactive Maintenance works are completed in a safe and timely manner.

In addition to managing the team, the Technical Supervisor will take the lead on all matters relating to Water Treatment.

Working collaboratively with the Estates Directorate and Hospital stakeholders, the Technical Supervisor will ensure the maintenance services are delivered in accordance with the agreed SLAs, KPIs, and agreed terms of the contract.

The Technical Supervisor will also be responsible for implementing and managing robust programme policies and procedures, ensuring commitment to compliance and assurance in line with contractual obligations.

About you / Essential Criteria:

In depth working knowledge of Water Treatment.
A recognised qualification aligned with Building Services (maintenance).
Experience in a similar Management or Supervisory role.
Excellent communication skills.
L8 and ideally HTMs.
Experience of working within a hospital or Healthcare environment
Experience of CAFM Systems.

This role will become permanent within a couple of months. The salary will be £47k - £50k rising to circa £55k (with overtime and call out).
