We are thrilled to be partnering with a blue-chip food manufacturing company in the Kent area, currently seeking a Train the Trainer qualified Learning & Development (L&D) Business Partner with experience in the FMCG industry.

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with the Senior HR Business Partner and the leadership team to drive change, enhance skills, and strengthen capabilities. You’ll engage and inspire staff, helping them to grow their talents and unlock their full potential through tailored learning and development initiatives.

This is an on-site position supporting the manufacturing operations, where you will continually assess and refine training requirements, ensuring continuous improvement of learning and development opportunities across the business.
