As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and providing them with expert advice and outstanding service. You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring that our showrooms standards are met. Job Title: Retail Sales Executive

Location: Stockport

Type: 12-month FTC, maternity cover

Salary: £30,000 + OTE = £35,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through proactive selling and delivering excellent customer service
Provide expert advice and product recommendations to customers based on their needs
Maintain an in-depth product and promotional knowledge to support sales efforts
Ensure the showroom is well-presented and organised according to company standards
Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of sales and stock levels
Support in visual merchandising and displays to drive customer engagement
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify sales opportunitiesSkills & Attributes:

Self-motivated and ambitious
Confident communication skills, both via telephone and face-to-face
Positive and approachable
