C&I Account Manager

Salary – £38,000 per annum (plus Company Car/Car allowance, benefits)
Hours – 37.5 hours per week, 8.30am to 5.00pm
Location Postcode – Home Based (Midlands)

As the C&I Account Manager, you will be covering the customer base across the UK and visit commercial clients, ensuring they are fully aware of all aspects of our services with the focus towards accounts where a visit will yield the greatest benefit.

This vacancy is for a full-time position, working 5 days per week.

What will you be doing?

- Managing a programme of structured field-based account reviews
- Managing the portfolio of Key and Major Account customers
- Gaining an understanding of their business needs and presenting solutions
- Implementing an annual price increase
- Managing your own time and diary
- Assisting and instructing case handlers to support clients
- Managing any staff employed as part of our Integrated Waste Management accounts that are allocated in your portfolio

What we’re looking for

- A proven track record in an Account Management capacity, with B2B experience
- The ability to build strong relationships
- Interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
