Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate contacts
Handling mail and deliveries
Maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming
Scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings
Assisting with administrative tasks as neededRequirements:

Previous experience in a receptionist or similar customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Professional appearance and demeanour
Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to temporary assignments across London
