About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a well-established footwear manufacturing company in Northamptonshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business that prides itself on craftsmanship and quality, producing high-end footwear for a global market.
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacturing process, ensuring high-quality products are made to specification and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assembling and finishing footwear components to meet quality standards
✔ Operating and maintaining machinery such as stitching machines, presses, and cutting tools
✔ Handling leather and other materials with care and precision
✔ Conducting quality control checks to ensure products meet required specifications
✔ Supporting different areas of production, including lasting, sole attaching, and finishing
✔ Working efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
✔ Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly – ideally within the footwear industry or a similar environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision and care
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable working with hand tools, machinery, and materials
- Good time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines
- Understanding of health & safety regulations in a factory setting
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
