Your Key Responsibilities:

* Execute marketing strategies aligned with sales goals and budgets

* Manage marketing materials, including brochures, websites, CGI renders, adverts, and social media content

* Oversee the setup of sales offices and show homes, coordinating interior design, signage, and landscaping

* Support digital marketing efforts.

* Conduct market and competitor research to keep our brand ahead of the curve

* Manage photography and videography for promotions, international sales, and ongoing campaigns

* Coordinate PR campaigns, social media storytelling, and advertising to elevate brand awareness.

* Ensure all marketing activities stay within budget while maximizing impact

* Support international sales exhibitions and event logistics
