• Process orders accurately and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction and seamless service.

• Perform administrative tasks to support the team and maintain smooth operations.

• Utilise Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry, documentation, and order tracking.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach to customer service.

• Detail-oriented, with a knack for multitasking and managing a busy workload.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
