We have been instructed by one of our clients in Basildon to recruit for a Quality Inspector.

This is a full time, permanent position.

This precision engineering company are well renowned within their sector for providing high quality products to a large number of multinational companies.

Brief overview of responsibilities:

Conduct inspections of aerospace components, sub-assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.
Perform precision measurements using micrometres, callipers, gauges, coordinate measuring machines (CMM), and other advanced metrology equipment.
Identify and document any deviations, defects, or non-conformances, and work closely with the engineering team to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.Experience required:

5 years' experience in engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quality Inspector, preferably within the aerospace or precision engineering industry.
