This role:

The role of a Resales Consultants involves the following key responsibilities:

Manage resales conveyancing process from offer accepted to completion
Hit monthly exchange target
Provide regular customer updates, guiding them through the conveyancing process
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the shared ownership resales process to customers
Liaise with Solicitors, IFA?s, Surveyors, Chains to ensure a smooth transaction
Work with third-party clients to build and develop client relationships
Ensure all customer contact is logged, maintaining accurate records using Salesforce
Effectively manage a pipeline of c. 40 properties and report to the manager on progress
What you'll need to succeed:

Experience and good knowledge of the resales process and shared ownership product
Proven experience in hitting sales targets
Proven experience in sales progression/conveyancing progression
Proven experience in providing excellent customer service and handling challenging customer situations
Practical knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations
Ability to work with minimum supervision and to extremely tight deadlines.
Educated to GCSE level C (or equivalent work experience)
Strong communication skills
